International shipments may be subject to local taxes and import duties when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You or the gift recipient are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact the local customs office for further information about potential charges before placing your order.
Deliveries returned to us due to non payment or dispute of import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred will have this cost of return shipping charged to us by shipping provider deducted from their refund.
We love every piece we created and we hope you do too. However, in the case that you need to change an item for a different size or style, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn, with all labels intact.

Any orders received after 14 days will be automatically returned to the customer & they will not be processed through our returns system.
We ask that the goods are returned in our original packaging & in its original new condition. You shall bear the cost of returning the goods. We advise you to use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Once we receive the Goods back in their original resalable condition your exchange will be processed. You will receive a unique code via email, that you can use on our website to repurchase another item to the value of the goods returned.
Once we receive the Goods back in their original resalable condition, we’ll reimburse you within 14 days less the cost of postage. You are liable for the post and packing costs and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount (this includes orders where free or subsidised postage applied).
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, it can of course be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. In respect of faulty or damaged goods, you must notify us in writing by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt to receive instructions on how to return faulty goods to us. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning.
We will exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receiving returns. Please note there can be a processing time on card refunds depending on which card provider has been used.
